Dr. Foxx has an extremely shy male patient who has a hard time interacting with women. Given that her office is in her home, she tells her patient to wait for her in her bedroom while she finishes with her last client of the day, offering him some extra, one on one therapy to help him get past his inhibitions. When she enters the room, Dr. Foxx sees that her patient is looking nervous so she calms him down, explaining that she believes what she is about to do will reduce his shyness around the opposite sex. As he looks on, the doctor removes her jacket and her skirt, then smiles at him as she unbuttons her blouse, promising so much more to come. When she finally gets down to her bra and panties and removes these too before lying on the bed, her patient stares in disbelief at her naked body.
