Star answers the door to a man claiming to be from the water board, and he wants to come in to read the water meter. Star admits him and leads him to the kitchen, asking if the meter would be under the sink. The man tells her that he has no idea, revealing that he is not from the water board at all. He makes Star go through to the living room where he tells her to stand in front of him and slowly remove her clothes. Star, startled by this request, tries to reason with him, but he has the drop on her and he is completely relentless. As one item of clothing after another ends up on the floor, Star desperately tries to think of a way to reason with this man, but the look on his face tells her that he won't stop making her do this. With huge reluctance, she removes the last of her clothes and stand there naked, worried about what will happen next. The man makes her get down on the floor and she fears the worst. It is almost a relief when he uses the cable ties in his bag to bind her wrists and ankles. To keep her quiet, the man pushes Star's panties into her mouth, adding a gag to ensure that she does not spit them out. He decides to blindfold her too; no point in making it too easy for her to get to a phone and summon help. Thinking about that, the faux official finds another cable tie and uses it to connect the ones on Star's wrists and ankles, placing her in a hogtie. Now she can barely move, and without being able to see, where could she go anyway? Satisfied at seeing her tied up and naked, the man departs for the next house on the street. Maybe he'll find another beautiful woman to play with. Left alone, Star rolls around helpless, knowing she will have to lay there, totally exposed, until someone else arrives home.
