Just as she arrives home from work, a man enters Becca's house right behind her before she can close the door. He is armed and has her at a disadvantage, so when he tells her she needs to strip out of her clothes, as upset as she is by the idea, she has no choice but to do as she is told. She takes off her jacket and stops, stalling, trying to prevent this nightmare from unfolding, but the man starts suggesting he will remove her clothes for her. That's the trigger that makes her continue undressing. She is made to sit down to remove her stockings, and finally her one piece. To make matters even worse, the intruder makes Becca secure her ankle with a strap and padlock, attaching her via a chain to her wood stove so that she can't get to a phone to call for help. He leaves her in this predicament after taking her valuables.
