Cadence has been involved in a car accident and is being accused of causing it. In the absence of traffic cams, she has to rely on witnesses. Most are not interested, but she knows one a little and goes to see him and ask him to testify on her behalf. He doesn't really want to get involved, but when she presses him, he says he will do it if she is willing to take off her clothes and allow him to see her naked.
