Madison is a nurse who makes house calls to attend to bed-ridden patients. She calls at the home of a Mr. Jenkins who has a somewhat shady past and is very suspicious of people coming into his room. One might even call it paranoia, to the extent that his personal secretary has instructions to admit no one unless they are willing to strip off and enter naked. Madison is shocked by this request, having never encountered anything like it before. When the personal secretary insists that she must undress in front of him, she is on the verge of leaving without seeing Jenkins at all. She then remembers her Hippocratic Oath and realizes she will have to go through with it. Thoroughly embarrassed, she begins undressing in front of a stranger, and once naked, she will have to attend to her patient in his bedroom. It's not exactly what they trained her for a nursing school.
