Rachel has unwittingly upset a man by taking a job he used to have, and his solution to this problem is to intercept her on her first day and make sure she never gets to the office and never calls in with an explanation. Having grabbed her from her car, he now has her secured to a bed with plastic cuffs. While he need only keep her there for his crazy plan to stand a chance of working, he decides it would be a lot more fun to mess with Rachel while she is helpless. After all, he reasons, she is going to be lying there for a long time, so surely she would be more comfortable if she were not wearing her clothes. Rather than untie her to take them off, he produces a large pair of scissors and begins cutting off her skirt, followed by her blouse, her pantyhose, her bra and ultimately he panties, leaving the poor girl completely exposed and utterly humiliated.
