Nikki goes to talk to a judge who will be deciding her civil litigation case in a few days. He tells her it is highly inappropriate to turn up at his home, or to have interaction with him at all. Nikki is in a dire situation, facing bankruptcy if the case goes against her, so she gets down on her knees and begs the judge to rule in her favor. She even offers to do anything, perhaps not the wisest choice she could have made. Seeing an opportunity to get something out of this situation, the judge tells her that he will consider her case favorably if she agrees to take off her clothes in front of him. Nikki is a little taken aback at this request, but realizes she is gaining traction. Looking rather awkward, really quite embarrassed, she removes her dress in front of this smiling old man. She hoped things would stop there, but when the judge moves behind her and unhooks her bra, it becomes clear that he is going to make her go all the way with this. Nikki removes her panties and stands there longing to cover up, but she is instructed not to. The judge then tells her to get back on her knees and beg again. Thoroughly humiliated now, Nikki complies, praying that the situation will not develop any further.
