Nikki works for a company that buys out businesses and re-purposes their buildings, making huge profits along the way. Nikki is very good at her job, but her boss has discovered that she has been helping herself to some of the proceeds. He tells her he can't let this go on, but Nikki insists that the company is better off with her than without, so he should overlook any minor infractions on her part. Her boss does not see it that way and starts to key in 911 on his phone. Nikki immediately panics and asks if they can come to some arrangement. Her boss says he will consider it if she strips in front of him. Nikki still can't help but tease him, flashing her breasts at him, but he is in no mood for games.
