Nikki is paying a visit to her landlord because she has not been paying her rent. He starts out by saying to her, "So here we are again Nikki. How much do you owe me now?" Nikki either can't remember the exact amount of feigns forgetfulness. Tired of her excuses, her landlord demands some money from her. When she admits that she can't pay but promises to do so soon, he knows she is unlikely to come up with the required payment. He decides, therefore, to get his money's worth in another way. He informs Nikki that unless she strips off her clothes in front of him and allows him to have a very good look at her naked, that she will be evicted. Nikki does not take him seriously at first, but that soon changes. She tries to reason with him as, one by one, her blouse, skirt, heels and hose are removed. Finally, when she is wearing only her lingerie, she pulls her bra down briefly to give him a brief look at her tits, hoping this might before enough to satisfy him. It isn't. She must remove both bra and panties unless she wants to be living out on the street.
