Rachel has just moved into a brand new house, only to discover that she does not have the right of way to get to it, the surrounding land all being owned by some grumpy old guy who has lived there forever. Rachel uses her initiative and has the relevant paperwork drawn up, then goes to visit the old man in the hope that she can persuade him to sign and allow her to run a driveway across his land. The old man is reluctant at first, but then he hits on the idea of having Rachel undress in front of him so that he can see her naked body. Rachel objects to this treatment and departs. Realizing this is her only play, however, she returns and, very reluctantly, accedes to the old man's wishes.
