An off-duty immigration agent pulls Monica over and accuses her of being an illegal immigrant. Monica protests that she is no such thing, but the agent decides to arrest her anyway. He places her in handcuffs and makes her stand against her vehicle while he searches the cabin for contraband, or anything else he can use to bring charges against her. Monica assumes she is going to be taken to a detention center, but it turns out to be the basement of a private house. Now Monica knows something is badly wrong, but she is worried about what may happen to her if she protests too vehemently. Her cuffs are removed and she is ordered to strip. Monica very reluctantly complies Deeply embarrassed, she removes her dress and panties, and then has to suffer the humiliation of being handcuffed again, this time with her arms above her head, making it impossible for her to cover her breasts or vagina. The so-called agent leaves her in this uncomfortable and humiliating position, wondering what will happen to her next.
